After all these years, this is still my "Go to" smoothie. The only change I made is with the protein blend I now use. I custom blended my protein for more Energy and Focus so that I can tackle the day.
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1 cup coconut milk
1 TBS CUSTOM BLEND PROTEIN
1/2 tsp. WHOLE BODY Cleanse (for extra fiber)
1/2 tsp. Super Greens (for extra nutrients and vitamins)
Blend and enjoy!
