Your morning cup of coffee can do more than than just wake you from your sleepy slumber.  With a little hack to your brew, your cup of joe can make you feel better and think sharper.  

Biohacking is the process of making changes to your lifestyle in order to “hack” your body’s biology and feel your best.  It sounds scary, but it's really quite simple.  One of the easiest changes is to upgrade your morning coffee with healthy fats.  It's been very popular in recent years with both the Biohacking plan and the Ketogenics Diet to boost energy levels and cognitive functions.

By starting your day with a high-fat, carbohydrate-free coffee instead of a meal, your body is able to use these eight to 10 medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) as fuel for the brain.

Makes 2 servings

2 cups organic, freshly brewed hot coffee
1 Tbsp Raw Green MCT Oil Powder
pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for 30 seconds. Enjoy!

This sounds like a perfect way change up my coffee! I just entered giveaway in hopes of winning! I should have picked this flavor, but picked chocolate, not knowing this cool trick. Sounds better than a pad butter any day!!
